Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on "add to cart" for any item that you are considering to put it into the shopping cart. To purchase, click "checkout now". Or click "confirm" if you want to look at more items.

To see the delivered price (including taxes if applicable) of any webshop item to your location - just click on "add to cart" for the item, then "checkout" - you can then click "view cart" to seel the delivered price.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency at the conversion rate relevant at the time. We may require additional ID for non-UK credit card orders.

Shipping And Handling Delivery charges are not included. For the UK and most EU countries, the delivery price for a complete Kit (Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Side Skirts) is normally £35. Single items will normally be charged £20-25 to ship. Large items/kits such as Audi Sigle Frame Front Bumpers may cost up to £90.00.

For Intercontinental deliveries, the webshop computer may not always calculate shipping cost properly - we will advise you of a confirmed rate before charging your card and completing the transaction.

We insure shipped items up to the point at which the delivering courier receives the customer's signature that the items are received in good condition. It is a condition of sale that customers or their representatives open the packaging with the courier present and to note any problems at the time of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for goods subsequently reported as damaged.

We strongly recommend that you use an experienced bodyshop to paint and fit your styling parts!! They have developed expertise over a long period, and have the appropriate installation and finishing tools at hand.

Delivery Schedule Goods are normally despatched within 24 hours of order. You will normally receive your goods in about 5 working days or less. Orders for delivery outside Europe are generally received in 8-10 working days. If there is likely to be any significant delay we will contact you by email or phone to advise you and to get your approval to proceed. Except by exceptional prior agreement in writing, we cannot accept orders where time is the essence of the contract. Delivery estimates are based upon the information given to us by tthe manufacturer/importer

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. However we will always contact you to give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Prices include VAT at 17.5% - payable for deliveries to the UK and other EU countries. For countries outside the EU, no UK VAT will be charged - however import duties or other taxes may be applied by the local customs authority .

Returns Policy All our styling and tuning items are specially ordered for you from the manufacturer, who delivers direct to you, and as such are not supplied on a "sale or return" basis. For incorrectly-shipped or damaged items, please email us for a Returns Number and we will arrange collection and speedy replacement.
